Gratuity suggested on catering quotes is finalized at the client’s discretion. Any gratuity received is distributed exclusively among team members who directly provide event services, including preparation, delivery, execution of food and beverage service, rentals, cleanup, and any additional services outlined in the contract. Service/delivery charges, when billed, are used to cover the costs of planning and/or executing the event; they are not paid to staff and do not constitute a gratuity.
